Pairing Note:
1. Press the power button for 3 to 5 seconds until the indicator light turns blue and red alternately.
2. Press one of the earphones to release the power button for 3-5 seconds, then continue to press the power button for 3-5 seconds, repeat 2-5 times, until the other headphone twinkle lights are out, and the two pairs of headphones are matched
3. Set your phone to bluetooth mode and search for the device.
4. Match the bluetooth headset.
5. Only the main headset has a sound when making a phone call
Common problems:
NOT PAIRING: please check if the headset has entered pairing mode. (Turn the Bluetooth on and keep press the function key until the LED light flashing);
DEVICE NOT FOUND: please check if you have turned on the Bluetooth function on your devices, or please kindly try to restart your phone;
NOT CHARGING: please kindly check if you are charging correctly, if the earphone is completely out of power, it might take longer to be fully charged;
VOLUME CONTROL: consider it’s so small size, you need to adjust the volume on your smart phone, there is only one key button on the earphone, for power on/off/answer or reject phone calls.
